The safe approach

I called up what I thought was a massage service, which was listed in the Pasadena Weekly. I got lead around to a couple of different sites, then the final one whcih was a private residence. I was suprized to find two young ladies. One took me upstairs and I soon found that I would be getting more than a massage. In the middle of everything the cops came in. They were threatening and demeaning at first but let me go with a warning. Now that I had a taste of such pleasure but cannot afford, professionally to get arrested for paying for sex. My question is, what is the best way to get such services and  be safe from arrest, if that is possible.

because they are generally well known and easy to pick off.

The way to go is to find independent FBSM (that's "full body sensual massage") is through TER by becoming a VIP and using the filters on the "search reviews" page to find providers who do massage and more.  Like with GFE providers, look for well reviewed gals and go with them.

You were lucky to dodge a bullet there.  I can't blame you for not wanting to enter the lion's den again.

again with the well reviewed....
I understand the need to be cautious, but for those of us starting out...how in THE H*** are we going to be 'WELL REVIEWED' if no one gives us a chance for even ONE review...because they are going to 'WELL REVIEWED' ladies?
I mean...this is SO FRUSTRATING!!!

You need to network with other providers, perhaps by doing doubles on some similar thing.

Then ask that client to review you and get started that way.

Just a thought.

I know  what you mean  It took  me maybe two months to get my first review. But it  all depends on who you see   if you see mainly TER guys then  you will be likely to get more reviews  but  some guys  dont want to take the time to sit down and write one

I got sick and gave her to a couple clients when I had to cancel and they wanted a recommendation on short notice. She was not reviewed at the time, but since I've known her for years, I could vouch for her. These sessions went well, according to both the clients and my friend, and we started working doubles. Now she has a review of her own and a few doubles reviews, and she's all set.

Also, for myself personally, I networked and got to know people here on TER over a few months, asking questions and such, so that when I actually made the leap and started providing, people were more willing to take a chance on me because they'd gotten to know me through the forums and PMs.

Just a few ideas.

with any of the great ladies in Chicago. The first step is always the most difficult. I have been seeing your postings, but am in the same boat as many of the other hobbyists. But you might find me seeking an appointment soon...given that you are RS2K.

I'M WORKING ON IT! lol...and your always welcome to give me a whirl!! :D

Just to throw my 2cents into this one....

It is frustrating for the Hobbyists as well seeing new providers who have no reviews. My suggestion would be to search out one or three of the multiple-writing reviewers on TER or other local review boards and offer them a meet and greet over coffee or a beer, possibly follow that with a "review special".

Not a guaranteed lock mind you (as Hobbyists can be as leery of unsolicited offers as the Providers given the current stings on CL and such), but you could get a couple of chaps to bite and start you off on the road.

Yes I have thought of that...and spoke to a few other providers about it. I decided it was not in my best interest to go that route. I just have to wait my turn like everyone else. Who knows...maybe I will get a review or two in the next week, from the few Hobby I have seen on my 'try-outs', but even that is hard if they don't normally write a review.
