Am I correct that there is basically NO LE risk if I use a well-known agency such as BDJ (belle de jour) or RSG (room service girls)? I'm thinking that there is no LE risk to the hobbyist in these situations (but that the agencies still have to do screening because of the LE risk to themselves). Is that right???
If you are scheduling incall, the neighbors are just as likely to note, and report the arrival a various men throughout the day. Hell, they are even more likely to report an apartment where different ladies receive gentleman callers at regular intervals. I know of a few agency incalls being staked out, and shut down.
The LE risk is for the most part very low, but there is NEVER "basically no LE risk"!!!!
What if I'm booking through an agency where the provider is at a downtown hotel (vs. incall in a local neighborhood where activity could lead to a LE stakeout). Does that make a difference?
What if I'm booking a provider who is visiting my city through an agency and I'm seeing her at a downtown hotel? (vs. in call in a neighborhood or something similar). Does that make a difference??
While using a well known and reviewed agency means there's likely almost no risk of being set up by the agency, there is always the risk of being picked on in a surveillance operation. It's more likely that agencies will attract le attention than indys IMO. More traffic, more money means a bigger bust and simply makes better press.
Do your homework, read the reviews. Always keep your big head working and look around before going in. Good luck!
Some providers are naive enough not to understand that neighbors notice the comings and goings of other neighbors. I've done the residential thing a couple of times and both places eventually got busted. A hotel is a different story. Busy urban properties are the safest but even a place in the burbs is fine as long as the lady is discreet. I see the same lady a couple of times a month and she uses the same two or three hotels all the time. She never has a problem because she keeps a low profile. If you are seeing a well reviewed lady who knows how to act in public you will be fine. Hotels are in the business of renting rooms. They really don't care who you are or what you are doing unless you cause problems or disturb other guests.
I approached the incall location of a popular agency that I have used a number of times and it all of a sudden hit me that I might be in trouble. After all, I am used to once person answering the phone and he was off that day. Then, I wanted an appointment with one girl, but she was unavailable so I set it up with another girl.
Then, when I approached the house and made the standard call, I got voice mail so I waited another five minutes and got the girl who scheduled the appointment.
Despite the warnings going off in my head, I still went in and was met by a different girl at the door who I had never met (the girl I was scheduled with was late).
I sat in the one room waiting for about three minutes until my date arrived, all the time worrying that LE might come through the door. I was relieved when my date showed and everything was fine.
I do have an active imagination but I will pay closer attention in the future, even though this place has always been rock solid.
If I were to ever use an agency, could I run into legal trouble afterwards? If the agency were busted, could LE find my name in their database and charge me after the fact? I've always been nervous and have never tried this hobby; even a well-reviewed provider for this reason.
It seems that the risks of being caught in the act, so to speak, with an established agency are minimal.
However, one does read about agencies being busted and client lists being revealed. Even if the clients are not in legal danger, because they are just names on the list, that is not good at all for those clients.
Questions - Am I correct in thinking that this is something of a risk, in fact the biggest LE risk in using a well-know agency?
Why do agencies maintain written records of client names? Or at least if they do maintain records, why do they not do so discreetly? For example, an encoded list that is stored separately from the agency's normal computer records ...
