Indonesian Capitalist Lawyer's Take on Decriminalization

There is a blog called "The Capitalist Lawyer" where two posts discuss the hobby and why he thinks it should be stamped out worldwide. One of the posts is mostly about his agreement with Catherine McKinnon (that professor who believes that all sex is rape). In his other blog, Capitalist Lawyer explains that decriminalization of P4P is uneconomical because it means more spending for regulation of it. He admits that the "rich ones" (read TER-reviewed providers?) are all for decriminalization, while the poor ones would be helped by stamping out P4P entirely, and sending them all the funds collected from all the busted, convicted hobbyists..

I'd like to see someone here match his sharp reasoning and rebut him. Anyone?

Why he thinks the regulation (Which is unnecessary to start.) costs more than all the LE and court costs now spent is crazy.

And if anyone thinks that any perceived savings or fines are going to go to the underclass of women now escorting, they need their heads examined.

Lastly, I don't think this guy is any kind of capitalist at all with his attitudes.  He's must a moronic moralist.

(still not a lawyer)

(However I am a capitalist!)

Whether they are well meaning of just have had their head out too long in the bad weather is a serious question. In short they argue that all prostitution must be eliminated as it is, so they claim,  the reason that sex slavery exists. There may be merit to this approach in some parts of the world where sex slavery does exist, but in the USA the vast majority of escorts and prostitutes, statistics indicate over 97 percent, are independent operators without pimps or slavers and are just honest working girls and guys getting a leg up one the economic problems by lifting a leg and inviting a paid cock to come on down. To punish all of these people albeit they are involved in an illegal but highly requested activity, for the sake of the few who are being forced to perform is absurd. That is like outlawing driving because ten (?) percent of the drivers are bad drivers, therefore no one should be allowed to drive.
