A strip club owner I used to work for handed a similar item out, condoms in hazelnuts...

He used to say," This here nut will protect you from sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancy. It's a miracle nut!"

And people would say all sorts of things, like: "No way, what do you do with them, eat 'em?" or "How can that be?" or "You gotta be sh!tting me!" etc

Then he would put the nut on the bar top, smash it with his hand and say as he lifted his hand, "Like this!" and out pops the rubber!

He used to do that every night he was there, he never got tired of the joke and there was always someone new to try it on...
