I have always complied when they say "dont touch there", but what if i ignored their request?  would they scream for help and call the cops?  or could i do what i wanted and stroll out?  they are already performing an illegal activity, so i cant imagine them calling the authorities...

If you are too cheap to pay for full service that's your problem. No woman should be forced to do something she doesn't want to do.

but they very well might call Bubba. I think that you'd probably be better off with LE.

BTW Why would you ask such a question? It certainly reinforces my opinion that these gals earn every penny they make.

Being a jerk is bad enough.  Don't make it worse by becoming a criminal too.

Depending upon what you do, your actions would probably amount to a sexual assault rather than a simple assault.  That's a pretty serious crime in most jurisdictions.  A lot of police and prosecutors would go after you if the victim reported you and they wouldn't care about what you and she were doing at the time.  Many ladies understand this and would report you.  If you are convicted, you would likely be sentenced to prison and have to register as a sex offender thereafter.

No gentleman would ever ask this question.

Maybe she'll just squeeze your nuts off.  Seems appropriate and possibly less painful than being convicted of sexual assault and having to register as a sex offender.

i think you guys missed the point...  i was asking if i could "push the envelope" not commit a rape or a sex crime.  FYI, I did push the envelope today and got a suck from a place notorious for hand only...

.....or does that level of maturity come naturally?

I would have guessed you are from New York, but Philly is close enough.

A prostitute can be assaulted and raped, regardless of how she got into the situation.
That is the case of "St. Peter's Rapist" in the Long Beach area about 10 years ago.

Once a woman says, "No." everything stops.  There is a California Supreme Court case where a couple were engaged in consensual sex and the woman told him to stop.  He didn't, and at trial he contended that rape in CA requires penetration without consent, and he had consent at the time of the penetration.  The Supreme Court said if she says stop, further sex is rape.

Same goes for assault.

Other states may differ a little, but I would be surprised is there is much leeway these days.

"No" has one legal meaning. Roughly translated, it means, "NO."

You got lucky today. Good for you. The next time you may get the crap beat out of you or the cops called. You just never know....

Look, we all know why guys go to an amp, you were asking a question that has no simple answer. Read the local boards and see what is going on in the area. Also, most amps treat you a lot better after they see you a few times and know that you are not LE. Good luck, be careful, play safe.

You might call it "pushing the envelope", but the law would call it sexual assault.  The fact that you don't consider it a sex crime way doesn't change the fact that it is one.

Of course you can assault a masseuse. I think you are simply asking if you can get away with it. Maybe you can push the envelope sometimes, though it very likely will catch up to you eventually. Apart from that, it seems to me that the thing that makes this hobby work well is the high level of respect providers and hobbyists have for one another. With the amazing variety of services available on TER, why don’t you find someone who will provide what you want without having to push?

I'd have to STRONGLY disagree with the "their already doing an illegal activity" statement.
Most AMP's are very smart & have a licensed & or certified therapists on staff as well as a business license LLC etc..
Therefor what they do IS LEGAL in a sense.

If you were to force yourself on a lady in that AMP after she has said NO that's called rape.No way to skirt around that.

And if she wanted to call LE they would probably believe her & haul your ass away since they(massage therapists) have alot more back up in most states now days.

If I were you I would listen when a lady says NO.

you're completely stupid to post this question, let alone in your real handle. I suspect you will have to stick to massage parlors, because no TER ladies will ever see you if they see this post.  It's call SCARY.

If someone ever did something I specifically said NOT to do I would call the authorities. We are human beings and just because you are paying for a service does not mean you can do whatever you want to!!!!!!

If there are any hobbyists that are old fashioned and respectful in the place at the time of your stupidity, making it out the door or until the police actually showed up would be surprising!  I have also known a few ladies that will protect thier ladies with little or no questions asked.  Some have guns and some have enforcers very close by!  I would suggest that you watch yourself very closely of you ever try to take liberties in a parlor!  When is the last time you heard about that kind of crime in a parlor, there is a very good reason for it!  I seriously hope you do not use that nic for hobby purposes.  asking a question like that and then trusting a lady that may or may not have read you question, you better be very sure of yourself that you will be safe!

Good luck sir, have a happy life!

Hell yeah you can. If you force anyone to do something against their will, it's assault.

I was just talking to a Dancer about this the other night. She was in V.I.P. with a guy that got too rough with her....and she pressed charges against him.

Not a smart move AT ALL to "force" yourself on someone to do something they don't want to.
