"A Texas law enforcement officer was arrested in a prostitution sting and was fired the next day.
[He] was assistant chief deputy at the Precinct 5 Constable’s Office in Harris County, which includes Houston. He was charged Wednesday with solicitation."

The Montgomery County sheriff’s office said it arrested 14 people in the sting operation at an unnamed hotel. All 14 were charged with solicitation, which is a felony in Texas."
