Regarding operation Flea Collar, TBD.  At this point it is hard to tell what the cause of the arrest were.  we know that there were 39 (40 for Steve Lipson)charges, including everything fron RICO to Tampering With Physical Evidence.  

Without some insight into the investigation and knowing what Steve and Charles were involved in, it is difficult, at best to come to any conclusions as to what went wrong.

After we find out more we will let you know.
