Should TER get consent from the provider for the FIRST review? Considering that TER requires extreme detail in the reviews and further Claims they MAY NOT be true. Does this open TER to libel cases against them. TER even goes one step further to CLAIM legal right/ownership to the review.  THERE are ladies who do not want reviews! After all TER claims value for the review and they are part of their BUSINESS model

I can see that after the first review there may be some sort of mutual consent which is why I specified the FIRST review.

Simply engaging in a business related to the hobbyshould not give TER Legal use to their name and website! Does it?
TER's current position is one must delete their domain name from the internet to be delisted.

But I rather doubt that any provider is going to go sue in open court and state under oath that they sell sex.

TER being in a foreign country would no doubt complicate being able to be sued in the first place.

The last part, however, does not sound right to me.  TER will delist any gal who asks; and I never heard anything about having to delete any domain name.

No TER will NOT delist on request! They require the domain not be active to delist!
