Simply engaging in a business related to the hobbyshould not give TER Legal use to their name and website! Does it? TER's current position is one must delete their domain name from the internet to be delisted.
But I rather doubt that any provider is going to go sue in open court and state under oath that they sell sex.
TER being in a foreign country would no doubt complicate being able to be sued in the first place.

No TER will NOT delist on request! They require the domain not be active to delist!
