EFF won the case over Prop 35 in CA in 2014, I have been in talks with them and they are considering filing a challenge against Fosta
Are they going to bill for the case or just take it on pro boner?
Pro bono, because its a free speech issue. I am in talks with their senior staff attorney.

well I hope something works out and fast !! there are ladies being hurt and reported missing since "the fall" pimps running around snatching girls and drugging them .. all fosta/sesta did was drive the pimps and traffic'rs further underground ... they need to bring the boards back!!! so many kids missing as well .. stupid politicians in the united states think they did a good thing by fosta/sesta... the blood of many will be on the on the united states politicians hands !!! I say decriminalize the industry already!!!

I know my local community here in RI was outraged when we told them that between 2011 and 2016 how the US government sent over 18,000 LE to run vice stings and they only found 652 minors at the cost of 1/2 billion. We explained that undocumented providers are being raided and deported, and that all the funding to combat trafficking,seems to go to NGOs to "create awareness" aka "publish fake stats to solicit legislators for more funding.
Well in Nevada it could be aliens snatching the girls instead of pimps.
