I'm curious about a legal opinion.  I found a place that was advertising on Craigslist.  It's an adult entertainment/strip club, and they even list their phone number and address in the add.  

Out of curiosity I wrote one of the dancers there and asked what she could tell me about what goes on there and she said they offer "Private session one on one, no sex but you can touch yourself and I can touch myslef...

It all depends on what the prostitution laws are in your area.  In many cases mutual masturbation or any kind of sexual arousal at all in exchange for cash is considered to be an act of prostitution.

I did some additional research.  Apparently the place has been  granted a new zoning as a "Sexual Encounter Establishment."  What that means, according to them, is customers can legally masturbate in the room in front of the dancers.  Anyone heard of anything similar?

That's a pretty good question.  I don't think I do.  I was more curious about the legality of it and wanted to know if anyone else had heard of it.

I used to do this in a strip club in Oahu, Hawaii all the time and there was usually a bouncer making sure no sexual intercourse was going on. After a few beers, you forget about the bouncer and focus on the kitty and booty. It's all good. Usually there is a good dry hump before you pull the zipper down.
