Doesn't this really promote using a pre-paid phone to hobby with? From what I read and understand, the ledger is only names and phone numbers. The agency apparently didn't ask for any other personal information. They didn't do a ton of screening. If that is true, then you would just have to pitch your hobby phone in the trash leaving them with only a name. That takes away almost all of your risk assuming you didn't use email. They would have no way to contact you.

I was always told that a hobby phone only helps hide it from a wife or SO. I guess this proves that there could be a legal reason to use a hobby phone.

On the email side, is there a way to set up an email account that can't be traced back to you? I assume that if you check it from your phone or personal computer that it can always come back to you correct?
