Well what do you know it? LE arranged a sting in Long Island during my NY visit. I am currently on bail for, no not prostitution, but FELONY massage w/o a license. They did this on purpose. It should have been misdemeanor prostitution, but I wouldn't cooperate? Please email me for more info!!
Any info would help!
Thanks a million.

How can it be a felony to massage without a license? Is this an interstate thing? Lawyers please answer

The irony is that under New York law performing an unlicensed massage is an E felony.  Much more serious than a basic prostitution charge.

Ironically, practicing law without a license is only an A misdemeanor. LOL

How hard is it to get a massage licence? Are there education requirements? If not hard, will getting a license resolve the problem?

what assholes they are.

Did this guy ask you for a massage and was this outcall or incall?

A massage license is inexpensive, but the training to get the license is expensive & time consuming.  My training & license took 18 months & $5000.00.  A licensed therapist is medically trained & certified.  For more details, go to:  http://www.op.nysed.gov/mtlic.htm

Hey, in FL you can do the course in 6 months if you go full time. I am thinking about it but 'it's alot of work' is what everyone says to me. Seems like a great career to me though. I read on another board that in PA, you can do massage without a license. Not sure but I think it's true there anyways. Wonder why it is different there.
