OK sometimes I get paraniod a bit.  If I read a eros or craigs list add and call it and ask for appointment.  If I say nothing else and I show up and drop donation on table.  Am I in trouble if its LL???
Has any one been busted for this or heard of anyone busted like this.

If you have not, and do not discuss anything illegal on the phone or in person, then no. Exchanging money for ????, is not illegal. If they start "talking too much", tell them there must be some mistake, take your money and leave.

I just have to chime in because I see time after time, the advise is incorrect. The following is not intended as legal advise.  Get that from your attorney who is knowledgable in this area. Actually, you can be arrested on any of the above at any time.  Law enforcement are not stupid.
When law enforcement decides to target a particular location, the decision generally has been made.  Do not forget, soliciting sex for money is illegal. I would never follow any advice on this board. Particularly when writers give absolute answers, like "they can't do that" as seen here. Oh yes they can and do regularly.  Sometimes, the police have been known to, shall we say, embellish the report so the report contains facts which establish the case for the D.A.  Never ask for sex for money and never answer someone who begins the discussion abount monney.  Leave.  The best defense is don't do it.

In some states, you can get busted just by being there, with nothing exchanged. Even if you were to attempt to walk away, some states will still charge you. When making the appt., and if you feel something is not right, probably it's true.
