"release of liability" idea
Hi Ladys,
I have had this idea about creating some kind of legal document that would release our (the provider's) liability of any kind of illegal activity they (LE) could try to charge us with. Or something stating that the donation is for time only, and that on signing the aggreement we are exempt from any prostitution charge. They would sign this when we walk in the door or we dont do the date. It would be an advanced release of liability. Has anyone ever tried this?

Prostitution and related charges are of a criminal nature; one cannot avoid criminal liability by a contract waiver.
It would be unenforceable. You cannot waive on criminal activity. The decision would most likely be made by the DA--but in answer to your question--most likely not helpful.
