Nadia, at the risk of alienating some dedicated TER members, may I suggest that  you not limit your potential pool of lawyers to members of TER.  I for one would love to represent you but I would not want you to know that I am a TER member if you were my client.  And no, I don't practice in CA.  If you are looking for general information this forum is good.  Specific information is better obtained by putting your money down with a well known well established criminal lawyer who may never see your TER message.  By the way, if I weren't agnostic I would tell you God was very very good to you...
