Lets assume that I know that the agency or independent I am seeing is legit.
If I go to an incall location can the police bust down the door and arrest me and the person I am seeing. Is this 1) Legal and 2) likely.

It's legal if the police have a warrant and if no one opens the door when they knock. If there is reason to think knocking will significantly increase the danger to someone inside or even someone in another location they can burst in without knocking. Under many circumstances the police won't even need a warrant, but typically these circumstances don't arise when an escort is seeing a client.
How likely it is depends upon many different factors, including their level of interest in arresting the lady - or you (the odds will go up quite a bit if you're a drug lord or a gang leader). I can't give you a precise answer in the abstract.

There is no absolute guarantee. It happened to me this evening, I was at an incall location of a TER reviewed agency when the Vice cops nearly broke down the door, guns drawn.
My advice if this ever happens to you is to be polite, answer any innocuous questions that you can answer truthfully without incriminating yourself as politely as possible, but under no ciruimstances admit to any criminal actions.
Unless they catch you with your proverbial pants down, the chances of LE having enough evidence to charge you much less convict you are extremely remote.
BTW this event happened less than 2 hours ago. Several months ago I flamed another hobbyist(moron hobbyist IMHO)for incriminating himself without a single shred of evidence tying him to anything illegal. I stand by my words, and just the simple fact that I am posting this tonight as oppossed to cooling my heels in some holding cell should be compelling enough evidence to just keep your mouth shut, regardless of the intimidation factor
