Most big cities have significantly reduced policing, and anti-crime policies have become much more liberal and lax. I would think the hobby would be more relaxed now. But most providers have gotten even stricter with screening procedures, etc. Why is the hobby security becoming stricter while law enforcement is scaling back?? I don't understand this dichotomy.

Ok, but many girls ask for an ID. How does a drivers license tell you that he is not a criminal, dangerous, gang member, etc? I can see how a reference from another provider can attest to comfort and security, but I don't understand how an ID can provide security. A guys name can be whatever it may be and he can be dangerous or not, there is nothing in the drivers license that provides such comfort.
