America’s ‘highest-earning sex worker’ sues over lost wages on lockdown

She should just start advertising her services and operate as an indy. No one's stopping her. There are lots of girls advertising on TER's LV Ad Board, so business is being done.
And, yes, I know she's not in LV itself and it's not legal there either, but really...

and she can't sit this pandemic out, then she must be horrible with money!  She can't sue the state that is trying to keep people alive and hospitals running.

Restaurants in Southern California have had some success with lockdown lawsuits.  Why shouldn’t sex workers be able to use the court system too?

Nevada has loosened restrictions for spas, salons and massage parlors, but not brothels. It may be discriminatory, or maybe it’s not. I would like to see the case go forward and see how it plays out.

What is the fee structure and split in the legal NV brothels?  One mil in cash flow doesn't mean she got it all, does it? The House definitely takes a cut. Do they take a flat 50% of everything (base rate plus negotiated extras)? Do they only take a cut of the base fee ("room rental")? Does the house charge the SWs in residence a fee for room, board, linen service, etc.?  There goes another chunk of change.
.
I have read (TER) that the brothel SWs don't necessarily work there all year but maybe come in for a few weeks or a few months. Let's say she works there 24/7 for 3 weeks per month for 6 months. Let's say she is "in the room" 12 hours out of 24 when she is there. How's that? Reasonable?
12 hrs/day x 21 days/month x 6 months = 1500 hours "in the room".
$1,000,000 / 1500 hours = $660 per hour.  Reasonable estimates and calculations?
.
If the numbers are reasonable, is it reasonable that she really is pulling in $1 mil per year?
.
What is she taking home or putting in the bank after the House fees, other fees, taxes, etc.?
