Does anything in FOSTA/SESTA relate to published (like on paper) communications or do they only refer to electronic communications?

If the answer is no, could we soon see the resurgence of those wonderful weekly "entertainment" mags that were always profusely dumped at the entrances of grocery stores, etc. with those wonderful personal ads that gals used to great advantage back in the 70s and 80s before the internet took over?

If so, I'm stripping the tarp off my '71 Bonneville with the 8 track and rag-top and reliving my life all over again.

What about hobbying on the CB radio?

Braker Braker.

Put the pedal to the metal and the foot to the floor.  Watch out for bears in the median.

Any lot lizards out there looking for reviews?

Screw (1968 - 2003), published by Al Goldstein (1936 - 2013). "He was described in his obituary in The New York Times as "a cartoonishly vituperative amalgam of borscht belt comic, free-range social critic and sex-obsessed loser who seemed to embody a moment in New York City's cultural history: the sleaze and decay of Times Square in the 1960s and ‘70s."

Get your own RV to use as both an incall AND a traveling ad! No internet. No promotion of OTHERS.

This could lead to reasonable suspicious and possibly probable cause for a warrantless vehicle search under the exception to the warrant requirement.  RV's are not houses and are considered vehicles under the constitution.

Avoid the littering charge and use a banner ad! Make it a drone and pilot it yourself from the ground. No internet! No promotion of OTHERS! No FOSTA/SESTA penalties.

You might get hit with a pollution charge, but try sky writing with a drone. No internet. No promotion of OTHERS. No Fosta/Sesta violations. Just ask Pruitt for a waiver on the pollution charges. Oh ... Pruitt's gone. Never mind.
