Keep living in your fantasy world.  Sooner or later, if you have no other income, the IRS WILL notice you living beyond your means and WILL audit you.

It's not as though you have to say what you do...you are an entertainer or consultant, but self employed either way.

Don't screw with the IRS.  Remember that Capone was responsible for untold deaths, but went to jail for tax evasion.

Hey every one!

What is the write way and steps to file taxes if you work as a Provider? Do you receive tax returns? How do you state the company  name working in an Agency or as an Independent??

Essentially you are self employed. It is your responsiblity to track income and expenses.  I would probably state your occupation as entertainer, maybe therapist.

I've prepared many returns like this.. I'm a CPA.  If you need further info.. email me

[email protected]

sorry... put the wrong email address

any questions you can email me at:

thanks

But dont you have to have some type of W2 or something to attached to the income tax return?

And what Income Tax return do you use??

I would think filling it out as "entertainer" and having nothing else to send in with it would raise a big red flag.

Lets say someone doesnt have a bank account. You just keep your cash at home.  Then what?

Unless you are on a payroll with your agency, you are self employed.  I imagine your income is cash and are not paying tax on it, so you'll probably have to pay tax at your tax return.  You'd do a schedule C.. get an accountant if you are not familiar with it.

I have come close to asking the girls I have seen about that, but chose not to as other conversation would probably be safer...lol

It really is bad news to try to skirt the IRS but it may not be a bad idea to maybe pick up a part time job to have taxable income on record. Unless your living a very estravagant lifestyle that could be scrutinized you might be able to get away with not reporting any of your hobby income.

I wouldn't recommend this on a moral basis but I am sick and tired of how the government wastes our money that I wish luck to any "regular" folk out their who try to get away with it, god knows the multibillionaires get away with it.

as a provider...i don't pay taxes because i don't have to. i'm aware that it's not moral but what the billionaires do is not moral either.  what many gov. officials do is not moral.  they thing that we don't know that?  knowledge is power.

kinda figured i would recieve a response like this.  if one is smart...they won't get caught. one way is to simply not live outside of one's means.  don't put all money in bank...the list goes on.  one last thing...maybe some of us are lucky enough to have a SO that has some decent income to report on taxes.  lolololol.
don't be a hater.  maybe you have a job that you have to pay taxes but i don't and that's o.k. by me.  take care!

bragging about it is quite another. Forgive those  that actually contribute to society to taking a lttle offense to those that not only don't contribute but wear it like a badge of honor.

It's pretty hard to not live beyond your means when you have no means.

As Chris Rock so aptly put it. You might get rich, but you'll never be wealthy. His analogy goes something like this."Shaquille Oneal is rich, the man that writes his checks is wealthy"

I bet you Chris Rock is one brother that pays a ton in taxes. You can tell by his change in attitude over the last few years. He has gone from angry, young, broke black man, to "What the fuck are you doing with my money?"

you will have no chance in hell.  Forget the morality issue, think about yourself.  Not filing tax returns is only hurting yourself in the long run.

If you try to pay cash for large ticket items, such as a car, you will be limited by the currency rules (cash transactions over $10,000 are reported to the IRS), and then you will have to explain to the IRS where you got the money.  Of course, they will ask you for your past tax returns.....

Look, be smart about it, get an EA or a CPA to help you file tax returns. Report some of your income.   At a minimum,  you will be eligible for social security someday.

In the short term, paying taxes may not appear advantageous, but in the long term, it really is.

If you choose not to pay your taxes, that's a risk you take, but to say it's because of the lack of morality you assume on the part of govt. officials and billionaires? How ignorant of you. The majority of these people pay taxes... they just have better loopholes and are in a different tax bracket than you would most assuredly be in...

Act like a big girl and own your criminal mentality. If you don't pay your taxes, fine, but accept the consequences when you are audited rather than blaming other people.

Her streewalker mentality certainly takes her out of your peer group. so let me simply say that maybe coming from you, someone in the same profession, albeit an obviously higher level of the same profession, that your words might actually have some kind of positive effect on her, although somehow I doubtit.

you do have to by the way and the government wants all they think you owe them

Entertainer wedding planner, can lead to a red flag as I was told.
Open up a small business account dba with your bank under a cleaning service artist freelance, mothers helper, who runs errands  ect and go see a tax pro on how to proceed.  A cash business is a red flag and as long as you are paying taxes, your income in and out of the account, any of your accounts should not exceed the amount you claim you are making.  its tricky but it can legally be done.

Paying taxes is not the issue - securing your future is. There is a big difference between living rich and being wealthy. If you want to accumulate wealth you must be able to explain how you obtained it, or you run the risk of losing it (and possibly your liberty) to the government if they happen to ever run across you. In this society you must have wealth to have a financially secure future. And you can count on getting by on your looks for only so long. How can you safely invest your money in mutual funds or buy real estate without being able to explain the source?

It's easy to file a return - just list your business as an Entertainer or Exotic Dancer on the business description for schedule C, show $30,000 or so in profit (which will probably cost you around $6,000 or so in taxes)and you're in the system. You may want to report more if you are buying a house or have a lot of credit card expenses. The amount of income you report should be consistant with the level of expenditures they can attach to you. And a lot of items can be explained by telling them that you had a wealthy boy friend who was very generous. But that should be enough to keep you UTR.

The important matter is that you file returns and get in the system, and once a return is filed they generally cannot go back more than three years to audit you (unless they want to make a case for fraud, but that is done in the more egregious cases). Remember, one of the principal charge that they try to nail drug dealers and other engaged in illegal activity is not the activity itself, but for failing to file tax returns.

filed!  i'm soo proud of myself.  wasn't as bad as i thought!

Good for you for contributing some coin to the public coffers. As much as we may disagree with what our government does and how wasteful it gets, we couldn't live anywhere near as well as we do without the men and women who provide the services (and disservices!) doing whatever the hell it is they do. And for all of you govt bashers out there - how do you think you could ever safely earn enough to enjoy some time with a provider if it weren't for a govt that protects your property rights???
