can you get busted for solicitation for having a provider come to your home. Example.....you set up an outcall w a provider you have not previously met with and the provider shows up ends up being LE. Anyone heard of that? I want to see her and shes willing to come  to my home but im sketchy on it. I should prob just stay away....not worth the hassle

In most cases the outcallers are not LE, but please don't call me from the Police Station saying I gave you the wrong advice.
  You might want to review how you had the contact, and what your experience so far has been, the hours you call her and she does she always answer, the subject of conversations, does she have any reviews, what is her sign on the zodiac, check horoscope to see if this is a lucky day, check a dollar bill in your wallet and see if it has three sevens, and after all is said and done, who knows? Obviously not you and not me.
  If you are in a town where bad shit falls on escorts and johns maybe wait till you get a high sign from a buddy. If you are in a big city, chances are no LE has the time to fool around with this nonsense.  You should check local boards and do a 411 and see if anyone knows her. Other than that yo is on yo own!

It's not very likely that she is LE. LE doesn't usually waste their time going on outcalls just to bust people. It's far easier to set up an incall sting and just bust all the guys that show up.

I found her on backpage.com We texted a few times to setup a time. She then called me to confirm, it was when we spoke that I began getting a little suspiscious.

She asked me if I was a cop, I said "no are you" she replied no. She then asked me if I had condoms, or did she need to bring them. There was a long akward pause like she was waiting for me to say yes, as if I were implying that we were going to have sex,

I felt like I was being setup, but she was coming to my house. I doubt LE would have came either but I did not want to risk it. Needless to say I cancelled with her via text msg. I'm way too paraniod of being arrested I've seem enough trouble in my day lol.
I'll just have to make another trip to good ol canada again or head back to Amsterdam. I love it there!!

LE does like to have others on premise to help with the arrest and not have to break down locked doors.

but rarely sends unescorted female officers into an outcall situation. It is usually deemed to dangerous for the female officer to be alone in a room without backup or being able to control the situation.

Vice usually goes for the low hanging fruit, so you are almost certainly not going to be inviting a female cop into your home. Notice I said "almost certainly", there are no guarantees, but the odds are most definitely in your favor witha on outcall to your home. Now the chances of being set up for something besides LE, that a different story....

Exactly.. Why would "the man" spend the man hours, time and resources to pursue one solitarty individual on a misdemeanor? And too they have little control over the setting on outcall and are nto going to risk their own safety and life. Incall they can control it all and pick up in numbers...
