question about az laws

I heard from another provider friend that one of the ladies involved in the DD thing told her at
everyone convicted of prostitution in az now has to register as a sex offender even for a misdemeanor .supposedly a new law.
I have checked with all my sources and they all tell me it is ony for felony convictions, anything about this I was wondering if anyone had heard something about this.

everything i have read or heard back all says that it is just felony cases and there has to be more to it than just prostitution ..ie ..involving minors..that kind of thins but since we heard it from some hit in the DD sting that she had to reqister as a Sex Offender I thought I'd try here and see if there was any real merit to it or if it was just her projecting her troubles to scare other providers.
so far that appears to be the case.

Arizona Revised Statute section 13-3821 offers a pretty exhaustive list of the offenses which require sex registration. The prostitution offenses are sections 13-3201 to 13-3214. The only one of those listed as a sex registration offense is 13-3212, child prostitution. I would be more worried about sex registration for public indecency or indecent exposure.

for keeping lists of customers, times/dates and escort names that could be used against them if investigated.

for creating an agency website showing their "girls" performing sex acts indicating "this could be you"  

I could go on, but just too frustrating
