If so please contact me ASAP.
My provider info is being bombarded with replies from different insurance groups that have had submissions for insurance requests by "me". Ordinarily I would assume it's spam but there is something about the sudden appearance of so many as well as a phone call from one group that has me under the impression that I may have course for legal action, even as a provider. I am happy to get into more details via email. No need to reply here, please email me or PM. Thanks.

It's possible that a less than happy client or a competitor might have filled out a few requests using your provider information.

I assume you do not want to publicize your occupation to law enforcement.

just mark them as spam.  Tell any callers, it's a prank.  As stated, a competitor or former client.  This business is full of catty people who have nothing better to do with their time.  Do watch your back, for other dirty tricks.

I regularly get e-mails from credit card companies & from credit score companies, telling me I need to check my credit score(even though my provider e-mail has 0 attachments to the real me)... it is probably just spam. Many companies now will pull your e-mail address off sites you post on, & bomb you with spam/marketing for their company. I even get the occasional e-mail from 'Christian Mingle', lol... just delete & ignore.
