I am new into this and would like to understand the situation what to do if LE catches hobbyist ?
what are the alternatives to come out of it ? is it bailable offense or  is it always associated with days/months/years prison ?

You will never talk your way out of trouble, but you certainly may talk yourself (and someone else) into trouble.  If LE has enough to arrest you, they are going to arrest you, you are not going to talk yourself out of it.  If they don't have enough to arrest you and you keep your mouth shut, you may get to walk away.

The penalties and consequences vary depending on the jurisdiction that you find yourself in, but, in most States, it is a relatively minor misdemeanor (although a very embarrassing one).  Most jurisdiction will either give you a citation and release you, or you would be taken to jail and have to post bond - probably no more than $1,000 or so.

If you are convicted, chances are you will be paying a fine and be very embarrassed when it shows up on the news and in the local paper.

If you stick to well reviewed providers, the likelyhood of getting caught up n a sting is very small.  In a sting, LE has an undercover officer in the room & the arrestee is the other party present, until they open the door & let the other cops in.   YOU are not LE, right?  Make sure the other person in the room is not LE, by seeing well reviewed providers.

Now, the other scenerio is you have completed your play time and are leaving well satisfied when stopped & questioned by Police.  In most jurisdictions, including the one I live in, one must give the officer your identification & address.  If they find a dead body in the appt, expect to hear from them.  But outside of giving identification, any statement you make adds to what they know...  or think they know.  Decline to discuss your business with the Police & ask if you are free to go.  As long as you are being detained (for questioning) say nothing.   If they already have evidence against you, you might be arrested.  If you talk & confirm that evidence, you will surely be convicted.  

For instance you are driving 75 in a 65 speed zone.  LE pulls you over & asks how fast you were going.  You say "70" (figuring you'll knock off a few mph) so he writes you up for 70...  you admitted to it.  He writes that in the box on the ticket!

The problem the cops have with stings is that they often catch their fellow officers or gal cops who are turning a few tricks on the side or on their backs or knees. Of course if you are serviced by a female cop in her off time she will not ticket you but if you are lucky she will just wipe you off with a soft tissue and ask you to cum again.
