Well I got busted today in a Prostitution sting. But I said nothing about sex I sent a couple text messages and said "Daty" And "BBBJ" But never the word "sex" They now have my phone and my envelope. So will this stick or will i get away with it?
I also allowed them to search my car and i was very cooperative I told them that I came for a Massage.

The envelope will be damning in and of itself, and the emails aren't helping.
You should not have said anything. They can make a threat now to charge you with lying to LE by saying you were only interested in a massage when, in fact, they have evidence that you were looking for more. Cooperating does not earn you any brownie points with LE, you are only making yourself a more delectable target.
Of more interest to me and others is how did you get into this situation?
Did you answer a Craig's List ad for a gal without reviews, or was this a reviewed gal.
Sorry this happened, but if you will share about how this came about, some good will be salvaged.
In the meantime, get a lawyer (very important), and see if you can get off with paying a fine and be done with this.

Many comments imply that the likelihood of getting busted is less with a well-reviewed SP than with someone on Craig's or someone on the street. Is it because a sting operation is more likely there than from a well-reviewed SP?
I wouldn't try to just pay a fine and be done with it. Even no contest would leave you with a record. I know a guy that got busted a few years back. He fought the charge for 2 years. Eventually it got pled down to disorderly conduct. Find a hobby friendly attorney. It will cost you.

This was no doubt a very unpleasant event, I am sorry you had to experience this. Are you screwed? Hard to say, but it seems like you paid the price and didn’t get the screw you had bargained for, instead you will probably be headed to court.
What you need now is a good attorney to give you the inside info as to what is going on in your city and state. Will they out you to the press, will mom and the wife find out? You will find that out shortly. In many towns, especially if you are below the Mason Dixon line, you can expect to see your name in the local newspaper, so get ready for celebrity status. Certain places have a reputation for stings and if that is the case in your community, you should have been forewarned. The use of CL or the like is an invitation for trouble, I am sad to say. Just the fact that it is free means the sting operators do not have to ask for money to run an ad in a higher class venue. Nes Pa (n'est-ce pas? = you know what I mean)?
Now most advisers would say you gave up too much, however when faced with a group of cops who are intimidating, it is easy to attempt to go with the flow rather that stick up for your rights.
Giving up your phone…Your use of the phone to ask for Daty (eating pussy or cunalingus) and BBBJ (bare back blow job or fellatio without a condom) are expressions that are in the common realm and their meanings are well known. In some jusrisdictions, cunalingus is an illegal act but it usually treated as sodomy and is legal in most jurisdictions. So in fact you did ask for sex in the most explicit terms.
Did the cops have a right to ask for your phone; sure, they could ask to gang bang your sister that does not mean you have to deliver her. You could have refused to give up your phone. Whether the cops had a right to open the phone to confirm your text message is an evidentiary question, it can be argued. The request for the phone was to corroborate that you were in possession of the phone that made the text or call that they received. That is proof of intent to commit the act.
If you saw more than one person in the apartment this was a clue that something was not right, that other person was probably a witness, another cop. When you drop in on a family gathering, that is the time to leave, not the time to pay for the anticipation that you are going to get your dick sucked as it probably means you are going to get your ass kicked instead. But most of us have done the same as you and just been in the right apartment while you were in the wrong one.
Giving written permission to search car---here again you gave up your rights, they might have found contraband or a weapon or who knows what. You did not have to permit the search if you were apprehended inside the sting’s apartment. Giving up the car opened you to great risk. They could have planted drugs in the car and giving it up made you liable without reason. In some jurisdictions, such as California, if a vehicle is used in commission of prostitution, in many cases the car is seized and sold at auction. Likewise, a pocket knife you forgot in the car might have been seized as a weapon.
Paying money….if you paid the sting for sex, and I assume you did, this is evidence of attempt to pay for sex. The question here is what were you paying for, if the attorney can get the phone seizure thrown out, your statement that you came for a massage might fly, and in that case you might walk away, but if the sting had a wire no doubt they know what they are doing (although not always), you probably implicated yourself here as well.
Do not feel bad, anyone could have been caught in this sting. We all have out sexual needs and appetites that must be filled and this is a risk we all take. Meanwhile, if you were given a citation to appear in court and were photographed as well, time to break out the savings and get a good legal council. This is going to be a lot more expensive that a simple BBBJ my friend, but with the right advice you may just get a minor or suspended sentence, after all you sure showed you were cooperative and that should count for something or shouldn’t it?

What has happened has already happened. What you need to do now is get the best representation you can afford. It'll hurt in the short term but you needd to minimize the consequences. The atty will get discovery, find out just what evidence they have & how they intend to use it. He will also be familiar with the statutes for yor state/location.

What you want is a criminal defense attorney who specializes in defense for prostitution stings, check locally in your yellow pages or internet and you will find this sort of specialist. Many of these guys formerly worked for the district attorney's office or are ex-cops and have an inside line one how to handle it. Choosing an attorney is like choosing a heart surgeon, depending on the choice you may or may not get up off the table afterwards. Also inquire if you can get a public defender, a young one sometimes may be inexperienced but eager to do a good job.
Four hundred simoleons (or roses, sure pay with flowers) may not take you too far in the real world, although some attorneys will let you pay it off a little at a time. You might make some inquires at the court house or prosecutor’s office if all else fails and see if you can strike a deal. You are young, obviously a nice guy, sometimes they may feel sorry for you if it is not election time.
BUT go talk to a criminal attorney first and get the basic information as to what is going on in your city and what kind of treatment is doled out in similar cases. A quick search of the local newspapers down at the library might also give you some feedback. Sometimes if you offer to join the military the judge will dismiss the charges but the way the body bags are arriving home these days, that might not be to good a choice.

I think you will have to come clean with the folks too, if only to get the $ you'll need to hopefully close out this case without a permanent mark against you. A good lawyer can talk to the ADA and maybe get you a continuance without a finding in exhange for court costs or some similar deal.
With a bad lawyer, you'll end up with a big fine and a record most likely.
The hobby is not really for someone your age. I'm going to presume you did not do research and find a well reviewed provider. I'm I right?
Some day you'll be able to laugh about this but for now you are going to have to take your medicine in order to prevent any more damage from being done.
Consider it tuition in the school of hard knocks.

If he has no prior arrests for anything and gets a lawyer, more than likely it will get pleaded out with something like this: No more arrests for X amount of time and no permanent record.
Get the funds for a lawyer and then LAWYER UP.
BTW, I'm amazed that he had a review post the same day he says got busted. Is it me, or is that weird?
He says in the review that he will keep seeing ladies..not a good idea for him or for the lady's in his area.
He should take a chill pill on the hobby.

If he is busted yeserday, how is he home posting a review on the same day? Isn't there a bail that must be posted before he is released?
Bail may be discretionary base on the offence; the officer making the arrest, the degree of threat that defendant is to the community, etc. Different jurisdictions have different guidelines.
I Received a North Carolina Uniform Citation and drove home the same day. So I did not go to jail or anything like that.

It's one thing to use a user name or series of them on personal correspondance.
With anything of an adult nature... you need to use different user names. Do not use your "normal" user names. Use a free e-mail, separate from your regular ones. It's just too easy to track you otherwise. Use passwords that are hard to crack.

released on your own recognizance. which means you can be trusted to show up for your next court appearance.
as long as youre not a flight risk (from out of town or have a history of failing to appear for court) and the crime is not too severe, most people will only spend a few hours in jail after they're arrested.
Most time you are fined and let go the same day with a citation to appear in court.
