The prosecutor is: Dick Gregorie, Assistant US Attorney Southern District of Florida 99 NE 4th St. Miami, FL 33132 I'm sure he would be glad to send you a copy of the indictment for $2 per page, or tell you if it is online somewhere. I cannot find it online anywhere, which is no surprise because the investigation is ongoing in all likelihood, and it is nationwide. It is not on the US Attorney's webpage down there. Anybody in Miami could go to the federal courthouse and get a copy without being hassled or asked for ID, but it's Miami and everyone is at the beach.
