Well, the NSA already has your phone calls to all those providers, so posting here really is just a drop in the bucket.

(It's conceivable somehow your identity could be traced back to a post you made on this message board, and that this information could be used against you to show some sort of behavior patern to bolster some case against you....but it's really damn unlikely)

What you say matters more than where you say it.  Your question, for example, says nothing that could link you to any criminal activity so it can't lead to your arrest.

Posts (and reviews!) that do reveal such a connection probably won't get a prosecution started but could be used as evidence against the author in various ways that would harm his interests.
