Sentencing deferred until 7/14/2017 but another 60-day continuation requested (and usually granted)

The state argues for 44 years in prison since a danger to society and the community needs to be protected from prostitution and his multiple "victims" (consenting adults that took plea deals for probation).  The owner shows no remorse and insists was running a legitimate porn studio.  

Each "victim" cried on the stand upset that they were deceived by thinking all was legal yet they had to plea to felonies.  

Will be credit for over 1500 days of pretrial jail since unable to post bail. During the long trial, there were about 180 jury questions submitted.

Defense seeks a mitigated sentence since he received only $500 week and rest of the money went to the consenting adult workers.    On the 11 counts convicted on, the minimum sentencing guideline is 7 years.
