we have been talking about this for months, MD is probably the worse place to look for adventure or sexual release at the moment, especially in a thin walled hotel servicing multiple clients. GIRLS TRAVELING TO DC SHOULD STAY OUT OF  MERRY-LANDE!

Wonder if LE had enough evidence in the first place to make the bust or was that supplied by the hobbyist they interviewed?  No mention of jail time for their interviewee, makes you think whether LE "fabricated" that part.

No need to wonder, If you read the details of the arrest, this was a classic case of the client NOT STFU.  The escort in question also made the mistake of staying at a motel with outside doors. The cops simply parked in the parking lot of the motel, and watched, Then approached the client after he exited the room. He then dropped a dime on the lady. Cops got a warrant, and the rest was history.  BTW, I know the lady in question, she's from my neck of the woods.

I'm sugesting Providers run a ref check and IQ test on their clients. According to the article they question the guy and he gives enough info to get a warrant.

So if the lady hires a lawyer and pleads not guilty he is on the hook to testify. Had he said nothing what's the worst that could have happened. A couple of hours detained. May he get arrested, but it would have been a hard case to prove.

Corrected for spelling

unless he agrees to testify and how much you wanna bet he wont ?

she will get  her case dismissed if she stands firm and doesn't plead the case.

you cannot prosecute someone based upon what "that guy over there said"... nuh uh... that guy gotta come into court and testify while his ass is under oath.

good luck with that !!

they will sit back and do nothing as usual while you just serve them all their work on a platter.

Unless you are somewhat prepared to stonewall and STFU when the police approach you, it is highly likely you will speak.

Truth be said the monger didn't get arrested and his name isn't in the paper.  He bought himself some time at the prostitute's expense.  Sad but true, the majority of mongers would have done the same thing.

From his perspective when approached by the police he thought his ass was cooked.  Had he stonewalled and been arrested he would have had to come clean to his wife and maybe even spent a night in jail and come up with an excuse to his employer.

Had I not been on this board and read up on stuff I know I would have talked to police if confronted.

Here is another time to reiterate the "Never Talk to the Police" link

i do not think this has any relation to talk on the boards as this was a police sting, correct me if I am wrong but this is typical cop stuff, the reason Johnny boy should have kept quiet is because they had no evidence of his involvement in a crime

wish they would teach us in elementary school that if WE are GUILTY OR NOT we DO NOT HAVE TO SAY A WORD TO THE POLICE. If you are  this game you should be willing too live with your  consequences and not put them on someone else. oh well

i posted this link in my blog and it is in every email I send out and I just put it on my facebook and I think I will twitter it. I learned so much from it that I listened to it 5 times or more and I play it for all my friends.  I  am going to play it for my grandson etc........... like the guy says if your guilty you got lots of time to tell it to the lawyer and the judge. they say and they mean anything you say CAN AND A WILL be used against you

That "don't talk to the police" link deals with not talking to the police when you're innocent. All mongers are guilty. It's an important distinction.
