Anyone have insight into whether the new Ohio laws regarding adult entertainment (i.e. strip clubs) will have a big impact, or will even hold up in court?

I'm in Ohio and as I remember it, I think the dancers have to be something like 3 feet away at all times. Do you happen to remember what the law is exactly and why you think it might not hold up? Strip club laws are difficult ones to fight against because there's no real right that people have to back them up.
