My coworkers and I are attempting to find a good online reference source for state(Ohio) and federal  labor laws regarding wages for overtime pay. Our company is restructuring the payroll policies and procedures on Jan. 1st; and in the process trying to eliminate paying "time and a half" for overtime hours. We need to educate ourselves what is or is not required by law, so we know where we stand within the leter of the law when negotiating for fair wages in the new year.
