I have lived in Soviet Union the first 20 years of my life.  Even though it was not a very free society it was much much much [b]less[/b] unfree and oppressive then USA now.  

There too hobbying was illegal and thus people had to find ways around the ban.  One of the ways was the following: a provider would have several regular customers known to her.  She would have sex with them for a regular fee with no feelings or jelousy being involved in the relationship.

Does that happen also in USA today?  Is it called friends with benefits?

FWB usually means a person has a friend of the opposite sex that they have sex with every so often without dating steadily or exchanging any $$ for time involved.

What you described was a provider with several regular clients, not what we generally think of as friends with benefits, since $$ was exchanged.

Friends with benefits is just like it says.  You are friends with the person, i.e. not in a romantic relationship.  Yet you occasionally have sex with them as a physical release.  There are no payments other than buying the other a beer or something just like you would with any other friend.  Generally the friends part comes first and the benefits come later.

What you describe sounds like a provider that is under the radar (UTR).  It's hard to make a living like that unless you are in a country where food and shelter are highly subsidized.

No doubt 9/11 cost us many freedoms, but exactly how many Soviet citizens were protesting the invasion of Afghanistan, or any other Soviet policy, at the 1980 Moscow summer Olympics?

Are such arrangements rare in USA?  I mean that sounds quite safe in comparison to other arrangements?

Given US laws controlling sexuality, I would say USA now is much more unfree then USSR after Stalin and a little more unfree then USSR during Stalin's reign.

what you describe is known as a "regular".

Under The Radar means they are hard to find (hence the name) and generally quite selective.  From what I have seen, they are commonly ladies that have eased into retirement or a regular job, but still see a few of their former clients.  It's a situation you might find yourself in after a few years of hobbying.

If you haven't become a naturalized citizen, I can understand your concern with LE.  Visiting with a provider who has a decent number of reviews should keep LE away from you.  You can further protect yourself with a disposable mobile phone.  Read the Newbie manual and back through the posts on this board and you see a lot of good advice.

When it comes to sexuality, no doubt that the US is restrictive, and hypocritical, relative to other parts of the world.

To even suggest that because the US has some, admittedly, stupid laws regarding the sale of sex and because our law enforcers are mostly better at enforcing and generally less corrupt than the Moscow PD, that you had more feedom is ludicrous.

Если речь о том, что русский зрения секса по обоюдному согласию между взрослыми превратилась в большей, чем у нравоучений в США, тогда я согласен. Большинство цивилизованных, немусульманских культур в большей степени принимать секс за деньги или бартер связей и сделок, но это имеет очень мало общего с фактическим Свобода. Если вы посмотрите на нижней строке, проституция законов в этой стране, как правило, только в отношении насильственных элементов, которые являются либо создавая жертвами секс-работников с помощью наркотиков или принуждение, или вмешательство в качество жизни других людей путем вмешательства в их усилиях.

Выберите другое, чем термин "свобода" сделать вашу точку.
