The hobby legal or illegal in Canada?

I've heard people say the hobby is legal in Canada and, Others say it's not.  Which is it?  I plan on hobbying on trip there next week and, Would like to know if I have any LE worries.

It's legal but for outcalls only.  This keeps "houses" from operating mills with cars, crime etc as the presumed results.  I think it's a great compromise.

Maybe not the best site, but the first thing that popped up of 640 when I typed "canada prostitution" and law into Google.

Not only was this question silly to post here if you are on a tight timeline, would you take solely the word of an anonymous on-line discussion board for legal info?
