Is there any question you can ask a prospective escort on the phone that, if they answered it, would make it impossible for them to be the law?

More importantly, as soon as you are in the room with the prospective escort is there a question or an action you can ask them to asnwer or perform that a LE person would NOT be able to do?  Like, ask her to grab your privates. LE cannot do that.  WHo knows the right & legal answer to this.  How does a guy protect himself?

LE can (and does) do just about anything you can imagine as long as there is some justification that can be offered in terms of setting up the arrest.

Besides, they can deny the most flagrant abuses as your word against theirs.

Your best bet is always to arrange things so that you never come face to face with LE.  That means careful research and avoiding risky situations.

Other than that there is no way to completely eliminate risk. The best way to be REASONABLY safe is to do your research and stick with ladies who have a track record.

LE can and does lie all the time.

I had a lady come to my hotel once and as soon as she was in the door, she unzipped me and gave me a taste of head.  I presumed this to be her way of ensuring that I was not LE as, in theory, LE can't actually engage in sex with a provider.  After the brief suck, THEN we took care of the donation and she got undressed for business.  It sure put ME at ease as I can't imagine a female cop blowing guys to make a two-bit soliciting charge.

I've seen too many cases where undercover cops get their pleasure before they bust you. Then they lie about it later, and it's a cop's word versus a civilian's word.  Even if it's a female undercover cop, I wouldn't trust that just because they engage in a little foreplay with you, that that would protect you from getting arrested. Cops are kinkier and more dark than people realize.

If you keep up with the news in Stafford County Virginia you will see that the sheriffs department in that jurisdiction has a habit of actually engaging the provider.  Don't discount LE from doing anything during a sting operation

So, even if you point blank ask them if they are LE and they say "No", that's not good enough?

I've never heard of one dfk, I think they are afraid of maybe catching something?  Besides that, their has been nothing I haven't heard of them doing? Kristi

Not wanting to get into an argument over this but I really have a hard time imagining a female undercover cop doing much of anything sexually with a John to make a soliciting bust.  Could it happen?  Yeah I suppose so, but it really doesn't seem likely.  I used to do volunteer work with LVMPD and the female cops I knew were mostly pure Lez.  The few hetero females behind the badge I knew had such a tude about 'Johns' that I can't really imagine them doing anything with one - esp just for some Mickey Mouse misdemeanor.

Yeah, we all remember Pepper Martin (Angie Dickinson) fucking someone while undercover on 'Police Woman' back in the '70s...  I'm afraid not.  Not unless you are talking about stuff a LOT more significant than a John Bust.

If you see a provider you risk being charged with a misdemeanor.

If you look at internet porn and you stumble on a picture of someone under 18, you can be charged with a felony sex crime.

I've actually seen cases where female undercover cops allow a lot of fondling in the course of their bust (no pun intended).  My point being, never take anything for granted.
