By not mentioning it to the provider upon entering the room and just laying it down enough to protect you from prosecution.
What are the chances that a provider that has advertised on Eros be LE?
Have there been known stings by LE posing as providers on Eros o CiyVibe
Regardless of what you call your money, if it is payment for sexual services there is enough to get yourself in legal hot water. In fact, if you show up at the wrong place at the wrong time, you are likely to be arrested regardless of if there is anything that will stand up in court.
As to Eros and CityVibe le, it is possible. Always do your homework and search for reviews to help assure yourself that the lady is legit. This will also help you to avoid being ripped off or dissatisfied with your experience.
You have a great site here to alieve your concerns, use it and have fun!
: )
As long as LE can prove some intent on your part, and the money goes a long way towards that end, you are busted. Just dummy up and say nothing except that you have no statement to make without a lawyer present.
As for Eros, someone was just saying today how LE placed an ad on Ero and used it to bust a client, so they are not a way to avoid LE.
The best way to avoid LE is to stick with well reviewed providers. That's the mantra and it works.
(still not a lawyer)
Many Thanks!
can anyone read these? can L.E.? if so I will not post what I do to really minimize this concern.
what was the link to the LE eros ad?
Having made arrangments before the meeting, it doesn't matter if you discretely put the envelope on a dresser or put cash in the girl's hands.
Think about it for a moment. When you go visit your sister or your cousin Jim or anyone else, do you drop an envelope of cash on the kitchen table. Go back to you conversation setting up the date. That is what you/she agreed to in all those code words of 300 roses for GFE.
In a word NO.
It used to be that quality ladies did not expect gifts up front, that the gentleman (had the gift & tip ready) & quietly placed it on her dresser while dressing. He put the right amount there & she never looked at it until after he left. MY ATF still does this.
LE can't prove prostitution until money is discussed or changes hands. LE could not bust anyone until after the fact... I can just see LE watchin some guy s*ckin & f*ckin for a couple of hours and find out it's "just an affair".
It seems today ladies are too afraid of the guy stiffing her. Of course the upsellers, like to get the cash up front, so they can do their act. I still like the illusion of the old days.

I do that for 2 main reasons...
1) it isn't illegal to have an affair. Without any $$ there are no laws being broken.
2) I think it tends to mess with the dynamics of a hopefully Sensual Tryst.
I do not want to discuss it or see it.
I screen my clients well and expect they will all be honest with me.
I have never beeen cheated and expect I won't be.
It works for me and so far no issues.
I did have a client who paid me the wrong amount once. Never mentioned to him, he was a good regular Gentleman of mine.
The next time I saw him he over paid me saying he realized after he left he shorted me.
We both know $$ is involved and I prefer NOT to make it about the $$. It in my eyes takes something away from the experience.

How about this. If you set up an arrangement where the provider comes to you at a hotel or your home, can LE impersonate the provider and still bust you? Seems like they are making the big move and comming to see you and that should provide you some protection but I am no lawyer.
Its urban myth. If you put the money on the table, even if its in an envelope, its a tender of consideration for sexual conduct.
Eros advertisers may be LE, so you need to really check them out.
In Atlanta, no LE stings from Eros or CityVibe taht I know of, but yes a lot of "stings" on Craig's List. I'm defending 2 CL stings right now.

What happens if you don't place any money in an envelope and if the provider asks for it, you tell her "later...afterwards....when we're done".
If a person was a LE, then she would not follow thru without the money upfront right? Otherwise she might set herself up if she does perform some kind of move first in order to get the $$.
If I am seeing a new provider who is NOT reviewed or only 1 review, upon enetering her room, I always go for a kiss. I deep french kiss tongue and all as soon as I enter the room.
Do it for 2 reasons..1-if the woman kisses back hard-I know I am in for a good session, plus I cannot see LE kissing back-would expect them to totally pull away..
just my thing,,,so far I have walked out of 1 providers motel room, To this day I dont know if she was Law enforcement or just a prude, but it saved me as far as I am concerned. Just got a very bad vibe from her,,,,better safe than sorry
