Is non-genital massage legal ?regular_smile

Hello -  I am in Ma. hiring a 21 yr old for massage duty over the next year or so. I recruited her with an ad saying "no se* wanted". Which has seemed to attract some high quality responses. The one i'm going to hire is so hot, that just getting a non-genital massage from her is worth it   :-)

So is this legal? Obviously i'm going to make double sure she is over 18. But other than that, is this legally 100% clean? i.e. she massages everything but the package, she is nude, i relieve myself

In many jurisdictions what you discribe would be illegal. Her being nude and you DIY changes it from a legal massage wether she helps you get off or not.

Thanks. So it sounds like it's very jurisdiction specific. For example, in NY, the guy is allowed to pleasure himself, per court ruling:    slate dot com / articles/news_and_politics/explainer/2007/05/erotic_services_101.html

Why not just make a deal with a legit massage place for a discount for a set number of massages?

That way you'd be 100% covered.

I like your workaround idea, that would work at a legit massage place. However, i want the flexibility to do other (legal) stuff   e.g. have her model a french maid costume for me .... sort of morphing into a sugar-baby type of deal after a year or two

but for the first year, just massage

Why don't you simply get a sugar baby to begin with, your risk from seeing only one woman, which seems to be what you are looking for, "A woman to groom" is virtually non existent.

Yes, i'm looking that route too, although my preference is the masseuse. Talking to women right now, we'll see what happens.

Since this type of hobbying is something i'll be doing for the next 50 years, i want to know the legalities. So i'm going to have a lawyer figure out the do's and don'ts for me. Are these laws at the local level?

Depends on the state and its regulations, but if she's not a certified massage therapist and/or practicing out of bounds of the state's rules it could be illegal

I highly doubt this is legal in any state with massage licensing regulations.
I'd call that a glorified stripper then.
