I use CL casual nsa boards to find low volume providers and have a few questions
After reading these boards I realize we all have things we think make us safe an incident yesterday made me think a little harder.

I have 3 rules sometimes 4
1 I never discuss any thing specific until we are naked and  between the sheets I say something like  treat me like your boyfriend
2 I never offer a price until they do then I will say ok or no if I feel comfortable I will counter but only after they say xx$
3 I insist in meeting in public if there is any question
4 I try not to offer the cash until we are finished  rule 4 can be broken after a LEO check as sometimes they insist .
Yesterday I met a beautiful girl  rule 1 was in place she said ok but  she  liked to recieve oral  but not give it or  do an** in an email
She refused rule 2 and wouldnt meet till I gave her a price  so I cut it off
My little head said since she mentioned specific acts I was safe.
if she was close to her pics she was stunning
So the questions are
If rule 1-3 are followed am I reasonably safe
If she mentions specific acts and i do not can I circumvent rule 2 and 3
she was so hot!!!

Trust your instincts. If something doesn't feel right, stop.

Trolling for providers on CL casual encounters is dicey. Not that hard for LE to set you up. I don't think you would be safe if 1 and 3 were followed and NO, I don't think your rules can be circumvented once specific acts are mentioned.

Think with the big head, not the little one. Any time sex is exchanged for money or something of value, you cannot be too careful!

You don't seem to list checking reviews or seeing well reviewed ladies.  Unreviewed ladies are ALWAYS more risky...  not just LE but also too many scams to list.

At least you're thinking about things, but I fear you may have a false sense of security.  Never underestimate what LE is willing to do, on the one hand, or how little proof they actually need to arrest you, on the other.

I agree with the above poster that said your first move should be to stop shopping off Craig's List.  You might find the occasional gem, but the percentage of ripoffs is much higher.  The key to this whole activity is to always improve your odds to the extent possible.

No, you are not safe because she mentioned specific acts... LE does that all the time. And being naked between the sheets... shoot, there are LE that will go as far as receiving oral or having fs( in IN, LE is allowed to participate in oral, if they cannot get an spoken agreement out of the lady, as long as they do not "finish" the act.. same w/fs... they just have to have "just reason" for carrying out the specific act to not get in legal trouble. So even if nothing was said the entire appointment, once $$ is exchanged, there will be an arrerst.

ANY lady who will talk about what she will and won't do in an appointment, RUN.. don't walk, as far away as possible. Maybe she's just naive.. but better safe than sorry.

We all have misconceptions on what safe is, a trusted provider can be flipped, trying to find whats real is difficult.
There are a lot of real gems on CL some are simply in a pinch . A lot of girls start there. High priced agency girls needing some quick cash. I am very cautious and turn down most for many reasons.
I realize the method promoted here is the safest but unless you are willing to stay with higher end girls it is very limited, BP has stings ongoing because it is easy pickings. CL is for the most part off the radar and I am really looking for that MILF who just wants some attention.  Once again thanks for the input.
