I recently got busted in a sting  for the first time .They confiscated everything I had in my hotel I have court in a few weeks .I have a lawyer but he hasnt gotten back to me in over a week .I am so nervous to start work up again .What happens usually ? will I get my stuff back? thanks

If it's evidence of the crime and will be helpfull in convicting you it will be held as evidence. Be carefull going back to work because the cops would love to bust you again. You most likely will be fined and placed on probation. Probation will require that you be tested for STDs and "obey all laws".

Groovy2 is correct.

Hopefully you don't have anything incriminating on your computer. Did you remove your online ads, websites and close your email accounts? If not you should. They will use this against you in court.

You'll have to fight to get your computer, phone, etc returned to you. Seized property that was used to commit a crime often is not.

If you decide to work be careful and learn how to screen better.
