MP legality

There is an MP that I go to in my area. While getting my normal deep tissue massage, my Licensed Massage therapist likes to brush her hand against my "area" front and back. After it wakes up and I am on my back, while covered with a towel, she asks me if I want some oil so I can relieve myself. She doesn't offer to do it for me or anything. If I do this is there any way I can get in trouble?

Some locals have very graphic descriptions in an attempt to cover all bases, others use vague wording using words like prurient and arousal.

My guess is that if an undercover LE was with this provider he would have cause to arrest her.

Whether the charge would hold up in front of a judge or jury is another matter.

(still not a lawyer)

Should caution be taken then, and no self help be done in front of her?

I finally "gave in" a got  my first massage in my life,

It was miserable experience, I was on the table "fully dressed" & would not allow the massage lady to go any lower than my mid-back.

I did not say 1 word.  I know it is ridiculous , yet, I could not help but be concerned cops would bust in any moment.

I was so stressed out afterward, I think I will try meditation & yoga next time

Well, you'd likely not get in trouble...  but LMT is violating rules & standards.  Risk is hers.  While exact statute terminology varies, I bet most anywhere she could lose her license...  or other sanctions.

By seeing only providers who have many reviews.

Now, a MP is a bit different.  Basically when a MP sets up, it's like putting a bull's eye on your back.

Lately MPs have been ready targets for LE, they are just so damn obvious.

I doubt whether or not anything you would do or not do in that MP would matter if LE comes in.  You'll be guilty by being there in LE's eyes.

If you want to experience a safe massage environment, I suggest seeking out independent massage providers, and seeing them at their incall locations, and be sure that they are well reviewed.

Why would she tease you and get you hard, but not follow thru on the handjob? Are you giving her an extra tip for the tease? If so, she has the best of both worlds - extra tip, no extra work!

If I want a legit massage, then don't tease me. What I don't want is some half-assed, in-between situation, where she thinks I'm going to jerk off in front of her and still give her a tip. For what?

I would tell her either start jerking me off to completion, or leave me alone and give me a completely legit massage. That being said, it is a great feeling to "flip" a legit massage girl into becoming a handjob provider. It all feels so dirty!!!

LOL, what makes you think you were the first? Ha ha ha...

I get what you are saying. I am a triathlete and enjoy my therapudic massages, however, even those are better when performed by a hot chick. I have this super hot milfy massage therapist, very good with deep tissue. One day, she had me on my back, put my leg up on the table where my foot was by my other knee.....She starts rubbing my quad with both hands in a circular motion....getting real close to the boys....

I had to control my thoughts to keep it proffesional. I am sure she gets guys hard just because she is so attractive.

Maybe she does that on purpose, but I don't think so...but then again, who couldnt use an extra 50.00 for 5 minutes work? It's just skin right. LOL

The masseuse is suggesting you do something which would be clear entrapment.  However from your description there is zero chance she is an undercover officer working that MP.

Assuming you took things in hand, you are in private therefore you aren't reaking any laws regarding public decency etc.  If the masseuse stayed to watch (or help?) I don't see any violation either unless an offer and acceptance involving $$$ was involved.

Now there is ALWAYS something a cop can arrest you for if he/she really wants to, but I fail to see how LE could get involved in this one.

Myself Being an CMT/LMT regardless of what goes on in the room, You should tip at least 15% for decent service because that's just the norm for the wellness/beauty industry.
However IMHO that's just plain mean to "brush" someone and not follow through :(
It depends on your states regulations for massage/complimentary health care.
In most states it's a felony.
Some cities allow topless and nude massage people to operate as long as no HE during the session.
too many damn gray areas IMHO.
