What are the chances that an independent lady getting busted?  She pretty much just see her regulars and any new clients are screened.  I told her that LE needs a warrant to enter her apt but they need to have pretty good evidence that something fishy is going on inside.  I told her that she doesn't have to open the door if an officer knocks on her door.  I am asking this question because she has been working for an agency in the LA area and wants to go independent.  Hope I am giving her some sound advice.  Please correct me if I am incorrect.

She also show me a copy of her lease that the manager gave her (the apartment is located in a large complex) in LA.  If the management suspect something is going on, they have the right to give her an eviction notice.  Told her this really isn't a bad thing to get a notice because they suspect something and wouldn't she want to relocate to a safer location.  A bit of an inconvience but better safe than sorry.

as a prospective client, not as a part of a bust.  LE busting an incall is rather rare also since they like to control the environment rather than risk a shoot out at some place that they don't have any control over.

So, she needs to screen carefully and faithfully, and she will probably be OK, especially if she is discreet.   She may want to limit her incall to not more than one a day if she is using her apartment so that neighbors do not complain.  Otherwise, she should plan on using a hotel.
