Does the term "Sugardaddy" have compromising implications?

I have had someone contact me with the desire for a suggardaddy and she has used that very term in verbal conversations as well as texts. I know the term ESCORTS has potential ramifications legally but i was wondering if Sugardaddy did? My guess is YES!

been the subject of an arrest, or at least it would be very rare if for no other reason than the logisitical problems that would come from trying to set up a case.

On the other hand, if it is a "sex for money" arrangement, it does fall under most prostitution statues.

still not a lawyer

depend on the age of the "sugarbaby."

...exchange for sex.  Hiring a sugarbaby involves more extensive negotiations: how many times you can see her monthly, dinners, movies, vacations, etc.

LE is more interested in catching the low hanging fruit of hobbyists and providers who mention money for sex.  Sugardaddies are usually more wealthy and can hire the best lawyers.  LE doesn't want that headache.

That said, did this woman contact you out of the blue or have you seen her as a provider?  How does she know you can afford to be a sugardaddy?  If you have never met her, I wouldn't have anything to do with her.

escorting, and completely legal. You CANNOT get arrested for being a sugarbaby.

I'm a sugar baby-look at my website, and all my daddies met me through the hobby. Totally being sarcastic btw, and yes there is nothing illegal about being a "traditional" sugar baby.

It doesn't matter what terms you use, or do not use. If you fork over the cash (or anything else of value), you are toast.
