Was researching various cases in Mesa.

Many low misdemeanor cases which are ending with the condition:  Shall not be within 500 feet of Main Street from Gilbert Border to Tempe Canal.

Also other conditions:  Shall not be at any Circle K or Motel 6.

Seems like Mesa is just exiling people.  Rather than changing and improving the City they just exile people instead.
