Until this list gets posted no one knows when it will or if it will be made public, when it does we will find out pronto. The problem with these asinine postings, which are some sort of punishment concept by LE, is that if your wife or employer or you little kid goggles your name, up pops you name like a swollen penis and look-ey here, “Hey Daddy, you must be famous, you are on the computer with Honey the Pickle Swallower! What is a Pickle Swallower Daddy?” Nuff said. And you have a right to be pissed when it was actually Nancy the Sword Swallower who serviced you.
As for repercussions, who knows? Sometimes they call in the listed clients for interviews to gather evidence, sometimes they try for prosecutions or fines, sometimes nothing happens but the embare-assing list remains. Your name on a list is not always proof of illegal transactions, but applications to use the agencies services and credit card payments can tip the scales against the client. Better to stay away from agencies, paper work and pay in cash if you are want to play the game without the fame (of course you never know when the fickle finger of fame will pop out from behind a closed door and stab you right in the....).
NAAAHH... Even if the list does get published, my thinking is this. If you have a common name like John Doe, How they know which john Doe Seen Escort A...Just typing my full name in the realyellow pages comes up like 50 times.
"tens of thousands" of names and information "about the johns, including their place of employment, contact information, and sexual preferences....," according to the indictment.
"assisting in adding security features in order to hide the database from law enforcement, designing the calendar to accommodate designations of appointments with various women working as prostitutes with johns in the South Florida area and in cities to which the women were traveling, and including a client database of tens of thousands of client names that included information about the clients' employment, contact information, and sexual likes and dislikes. In order to avoid detection by law enforcement, the database was hosted on a server in Panama, but was accessible from the United States through password-protected Uniform Resource Locators (URLs)."
I found this off "the Accused Madam"'s blog. Just google "miami companions indictment".
Supposedly it is in public record and can be accessible through pacer.gov.
