Did you know that today is Constitution Day?

(I didn't)

Nevertheless, I got a 9/10.

See how you do.

(Carefull on the max years a person can be President.)

Who was the first President of the United States?   Argueably, there are 3 correct answers.

First VP tripped me up and the one about length of time a president can serve. (should have read the warning on the earlier post)

The length of time does not really make sense. Suppose President A gets sick and dies in his first year of office, that means a succeeding VP by law might have to resign / vacate the presidency late in his second term or would be barred from running for a second elected term.

It is time to reread the constitution. 9/10 is not good enough, not in the least. :(

But seriously, do they really expect us to know some of the more obscure amendments???  I mean, I know the 19th and 21st for example, but those others...???  Geesh.

I did not do any where near as well on the advanced quizzes, still well over the national average, but I doubt that anyone not still in law school, or studying for the bar would get anywhere near a perfect score.
