LE Possible Problems with Massage

I like to get a nice massage every now and again.

Sometimes I get a little more out of the deal, sometimes I don't. (Depends on where I looked)

Is there anything illegal about this? I realize you could get nailed because they are not certified (that holds up, some places) but anything beyond that?

If you are just paying for a massage and that's all that's agreed upon than are you in any danger?

Think about what you are asking.  If you book with a full service provider but "agree" to only a massage do you honestly think that you are not going to jail if LE busts in and you are getting a blow job or even a hand job?  Think again. What makes the massage girl any different? That line about what happens between consenting adults is just that, a line.  If you get caught exchanging money for a sexual act you are going downtown regardless of what you and the lady agreed to.

I posted her ad.

She's on craigslist under adult services. So I don't know. She doesn't say anything about full service or anything illegal in her ad.

I know what the majority of responses will be, which I've been over, JUST USE TER.

No providers in this area are on TER, at least none from the last couple of years.

I guess my question is, it's not illegal to give someone money to do something that is legal (even if they might be an escort) right?

You could pay an escort to mow your lawn, for example, I don't think LE could do anything about that. And, if she mows your lawn a few times, and it turns into a bit more than so be it--if it gets that far, it's between the two of you.

So back to my original question, which will hopefully get some more responses, is it illegal to give someone who posts on craigslist under ADULT SERVICES money for a massage?

Or is it even illegal to pay an escort for a massage? I would think, unless something else illegal is agreed to in the mix, you would be in the clear. Am I way off?

What should I be concerned with?

Yeah, I'm sure if it were LE that they might TRY and bust you even for a massage. But, I would also think, that unless they have you asking for something illegal they don't have much to go forward on.

Check my link from my previous post and tell me what you think.

Those are your exact words. Let's not kid ourselves.  If "sometimes" you get a hand release or a BJ then "Sometimes" you and the lady are breaking the law regardless of what you actually agreed to when you paid for services.  If you get caught in a sting or a raid while this is going on then yes, you are doing something illegal.

Outside of a trip to court and your name in the paper the chances are there would be no conviction.  of course, your life would already be ruined conviction or not.  The moral here is not to waste a lot of time going through mental exercises on what will and will not get you in trouble. Avoid trouble in the first place by sticking with licensed massage facilities if that is what you really want or well-reviewed providers if THAT is what you really want...

If escorts are becoming lawn mowers or gardeners it illustrates how bad the economy has become, why not bring the escort indoors and if you get busted just point at the chia-pet and say she just came by to mow it.....

Long answer short, unless there is a licensing question for massages in your jurisdiction it is ok to pay a "craiger" for a touch up. Here is the problem, LE often stakes these gals out and gets you on the way out with evidence of the last ten guys who left before you arrived and who all had wet spots on their pants. You can fight it but easier to pay the fine.

Here is a question for you, do you think when you visit a craig's gal who advertises in the buff, that she is not going to buff your organ? we are all music lovers but give me a break? But the reality is that you can meet a lot of swell flutists on the list, get your jollies and the cops will never give a damn. The statistic are for every one thousand massage musical performances, only one bust. So go to a concert!

You say "stakes these gals out" as if one girl is superior to another.

There's a strong bias on TER. This refers to the other response to my post as well.

You can get busted with a reviewed provider. In fact, wouldn't it be easier for LE to go online and read reviews of an escort than to do an ALL DAY stake out on some girl giving a massage (who posted one ad?)?

Reviewed providers have been busted in the past and they will get busted in the future. If anything, at least someone on Craigslist doesn't have their picture posted on 30 different websites along with a list of guys who "reviewed" them. Naturally, the longer a provider is out there the more likely they''ll come under the radar of LE.

More to the point, I find it comical that the tone is "you'll get busted!" when the same words can be pointed back at anyone who uses a provider.

You can get busted on the way out? For what? What evidence do they have? Is it illegal to go over to someones house? And again, if that's true it's just as true for you as it would be for me.

1."stakes these gals out" refers to LE keeping an eye on knowm prostitutes as in number 4 below, what didn't you understand about that?
2.yes, it would seem that reviewed providers would be under the magnifying glass but it does not work out that way because they are more experienced at getting around the problem
3. Craigers are frequently a dangerous place to put the family jewels, it is like going shark fishing and letting your penis dangle in the water.
4. busted- refers to the habit of LE to lie in wait at a known pros apartment/house and gather evidence from those who frequent that they are there for sex and then they can term your visit as being to a know and frequented prostitute and they will cite you without other evidence and you have to fight it or roll over and take it.  some like it that way!
5. yes there is a bias to using reviewed providers as being a safer entrance, especially when compared to Craigers, but there are plenty of non reviewed pros who may be safe as well, being busted is not as common an occurrence as busting a nut, if you know what I mean....
