LE and Craig's List

I have been following the use of Craig's List by LE.  This causes me
to wonder;

1.)  What makes Craig's List so vulnerable to LE?
2.) Are other sites safer due to requiremets for posting
    In example EROS, RS2K MIDNIGHTCHICAGO and
    CITYVIBE which appears affiliated to TER.
3.) Since LE is watching us, any web sites that might indicate
    LE activity and location?

Thanks: HAPE1

1) LE advertise on CL because it's so easy. It's instant and free, and no questions are asked. A lot of guys perusing CL are looking for cheap strange and are willing to take chances that many other guys aren't, making them ideal targets.

2) LE probably advertise on a lot of the advertising sites. And, you never know when a girl might be cooperating with them so they can use her ad to set guys up.

3) It's illegal to interfere with an ongoing LE investigation, so posting such info would be illegal.

Instead of looking for someone else to keep you "safe," learn to pay attention and listen to your intuition. If a situation doesn't feel right, then walk away.

 An obvious form of interference with law enforcement would be physically interfering with a cop as he is trying to arrest a suspect.

 Putting up a post somewhere on the internet, I doubt it.  Given the fact most people post with aliases, it is difficult to imagine any legislature attempting to make criminal posts on the internet. Something called the First Amendment might come into play.

Even assuming the validity of the poster's opinion, one could simply post: "I have heard that.... Has anyone else heard that also?"  Raising a question would hardly amount to interference.
