I do think the article makes it clear they're attempting to go after our private email messages on TER.

I think it would be wise for all of us to delete messages both sent and received after we've read them and to empty the trashcan.

Hopefully, our awesome staff purges the email from their server and data warehouse immediately when the trashcan is emptied.

It just amazes me that our government can't force the cell phone companies to get their shit together so tens of millions of people don't have to deal with dropped calls every day - yet they focus their attention on consenting adults looking for companionship.
