These stories are based in Florida from last year, but don't think the feds and/or local LE would not use the same tactics.  This is how they get the outrageously high sexual predation of minors statistics.

Our own government, from the local to the federal level, is involved in its own fair share of criminal activity.  That is why I am thankful for All-American outlaw organizations such as the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club.

And it's easier for LE to fleece money/assets from an unsuspecting law-abiding victim, than to manage their finances responsibly.
