It would seem to matter not to LE whether you come to their lair or they come to you.  Sex for money is sex for money no matter where is takes place.

If this place doesn't make you feel comfortable, then move on to another.  The idea is to enjoy this, not to be troubled by it.

As a practacle matter, LE seems to like to have you go to them as they can be in charge of the environment, so to speak, but I'm sure there are cases where LE set up a sting in the hobbyist's place as well.

I generally think 3 reviews is enough for me. One thing I look for is to verify that each reviewer has reviewed at least several other providers over a span of time. LE doesn't have time to fake a bunch of TER reviews to get to you, a single customer. I assume, you mean outcall, where they come to you. The probability that LE sets up a sting where they send a provider into a foreign place, just to arrest one hobbyist, is nearly impossible. Be sure to take the necessary precautions, pre-negotiated fees, don't discuss anything like sex for money. Leave the money on a table. Don't worry, she should be more afraid you are LE than you afraid of her.
