Ive heard that if u are living with a provider and u are sharing expenses that u r guilty of "promotion of prostitution"....any comments

I don't know what jurisdiction you live in, but that would have to be a pretty big stretch under any set of circumstances.  

What if you take her out for dinner and share the bill - is that promoting?

if your name is on any of the bills they could try to claim you are a pimp. Almost impossible to prove you aren't, especially if the girl is convicted. Juries don't care if it is circumstantial, they will see you as guilty before you get a chance to say word 1.
